Insurances Accepted
We know that dealing with insurance can be time consuming, confusing, and frustrating. Ultimately, your insurance plan is a contract between you and your insurance company. While we can not control what your plan covers, the experienced team at our eye clinic in Duluth, GA, works to simplify the process so that your benefits are more understandable and easier to access.
We accept many vision and medical insurance plans as a direct in network provider. If we are not a direct provider for your insurance, we would be happy to provide the needed information for you to submit an out of network claim directly to your insurance company.
